What you told us in the Voice of Aviva survey
Our engagement compares well both internally and externally, and it’s great to see that this is a great place to work for many people.
Motivation, advocacy and pride has increased by between 9% and 14% across four different questions. Belief in our strategy remains strong, and support for this continues to grow. 86% of you feel you have sufficient opportunity to express your views on what’s important to you.
We have work to do to make things simpler. 65% of us think that ‘colleagues around me are actively behaving in a way that makes our work simpler and less bureaucratic’. It’s great that nearly two thirds of us see people around us working in this way, but this still leaves us room for improvement! Complex processes and technology are a part of that, but it's about our behaviours too.
Many of you have told us through the survey that we still have work to do on feedback, recognition and communication. We need to have more open and honest conversations to improve these.
So many of you have commented on the real enhancements you've seen in these areas over the last year, so we're keen to hear what you think works well, and what we should do more of.
