We've carried out sales training programmes for the 45 SRMs and a recognition scheme.
Lifetime Value is now used routinely to size composite opportunity and guide pricing on composite deals.
We now have a new Rapid Response Team to work on composite deals at short notice.
We have a single view of clients through Qlikview, being rolled out with Healthcare, Group Protection and the TCC team this year.
