We have a star weightlifter among us
Amy has accomplished a huge amount in a short timescale. She's already English Champion 2018, has competed in the German Weightlifting Bundesliga, been promoted to Division One this season, selected for her first International competition and represented Great Britain at the European Championships in April in Romania.
Alongside her training, Amy has also been coaching in Olympic Weightlifting CrossFit and CrossFit Kids. She's hosting an Olympic Weightlifting workshop with her own coach, Commonwealth 69kg Silver Medallist, Sarah Davies at CrossFit Spitfire in Norwich this month.
We're proud to have sponsored Amy by funding her travel, accommodation and entry fee to represent Great Britain at the Senior World Weightlifting Championships, which took place from in Turkmenistan last month. This built her qualification points for the Olympic Games, Tokyo 2022.
